I am missing some items from my order. How is that possible?

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If products are missing, they usually arrive within 2–3 days. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

Yes. You can return any order within 30 days.

I want to return an item. What should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt.

Returned products must be:

  • in their original condition

  • unused

  • with all labels and tags attached

The return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the return shipment.

Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
